He has conducted statutory audit assignments for significant industry names including Jindal Realty Limited, Jagran Developers Pvt Ltd, and Kamal Developers Pvt Ltd. His analytical approach and meticulous attention to compliance requirements ensure that Safehold's financial and regulatory architecture is robust, transparent, and audit-ready at all times. He has guided projects from the earliest conceptual sketches through to construction completion — maintaining design integrity at every stage and ensuring that what is built faithfully reflects what was envisioned.

His experience with mixed-use typologies specifically makes him uniquely suited to Dharana's brief: understanding how commercial and residential functions can coexist within a single development while remaining architecturally coherent and functionally efficient.
